Can you help keep the movement strong and thriving? Print

As SOA Watch's 25th anniversary Vigil approaches, our legal and organizing teams are hard at work to push back on the latest attack on our 1st Amendment rights to peacefully assemble. Can you make a donation to ensure that we will be victorious and that our voices will be heard?

We are still feeling the amazing energy from our 33 Youth Encuentro participants as they return to their communities to continue our shared mission. The power of bringing together these young leaders, who are deeply committed to justice across the hemisphere, was enough to power a rocket to the moon! Can you make a donation to help us build on this success and keep SOA Watch's work with young leaders in the Americas strong and thriving?

The struggle is increasingly relevant with the current child refugee crisis at the US-Mexico border. The patterns of violence and forced migration established during the dirty wars of the 20th century have continued unabated. It is no surprise that Central American children travel alone to the US to escape violence. Why should people of Central America continue to suffer when the root causes of migration were created by damaging US foreign policies? With your support we can continue to pressure lawmakers to change the existing oppressive US foreign policy towards Latin America. Can you support SOA Watch by making a donation today?

We are excited to share the highlights of our work in 2013, with our Annual Report, which were made possible thanks to the donations of our supporters! We are very grateful to our supporters who contribute to eighty percent of SOA Watch's funding.

Click here to make a donation online. If you wish to give by check or money order, please mail to SOA Watch, 5525 Illinois Ave. NW, Washington, DC 20011. Thank you again for your support!

See you at the Gates in November!
