The public is invited to a memorial celebrating the life of Charlie Liteky, an outstanding hero and chaplain during the Vietnam War, a truth seeker who later transformed himself into an author and renowned peace activist. His unique life mirrors the American experience over the past half century and portrays the choices and experiences of an unusually brave individual. His quest for answers to the challenges we all face is especially important at this time.

This memorial will include tributes from speakers who witnessed Charlie and his wife Judy’s story of struggle, love and dedication to peace and justice as described in Charlie’s recent memoir “Renunciation,” the first release of which will take place at this event.
