McGovern's Dear Colleague Feb 2007

In late February of 2007, in advance of the SOA Watch lobby days in Washington DC, Rep. McGovern (D-MA) circulated a Dear Colleague letter announcing the reintroduction of legislation in the 110th Congress to suspend and investigate the SOA/ WHINSEC.

This Dear Colleague is an excellent tool to share with Members of Congress to let them know the specifics of the legislation, the impressive list of organizations supporting the bill, and the deadline for becoming an introductory cosponsor.
