Steps to take to Schedule your “IN DISTRICT” Lobby Appointments

  1. Find your Representative here: http://www.house.gov/representatives/find/

  2. Go to your Representative’s webpage, and find the closest Home District Office to your home. Call the number, let them know you are a constituent, and that you are a supporter of SOA Watch. Ask who the contact person is to schedule a meeting to discuss Latin America policy and immigration policy with your Representative between now and April 21, or between May 8-12, 2017. Your Representative may not be available to meet in person. If not, schedule a meeting with a relevant staff person.

  3. Schedule your meeting either over the phone or via email. Make sure that you get the correct spelling of the name of the contact person. House staff emails are generally in the following format:  firstname.last This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it
